I have replace my RTX 3080 with a new RTX 5070ti. The settings described below fit my MSFS usage and my PC configuration (my
hardware configuration here). They may work or not work (at all) for your own usage and your configuration. This post is a memo for myself ;) With these, I get a steady 60 fps with FSLTL AI or AIG generated trafic.

BIOS
- Resizable Bar: OFF
- PCIe Speed: Gen3 (the maximum available and not Auto)
- PCIEX16_2 Configuration: PCIEX16_2 X4 (the maximum available and not Auto)
This help reducing Windows stutters and stop the Bus Interface Load constantly at 100% even when at idle on the Windows desktop.
Windows
Uninstall nvidia audio drivers (via Windows settings uninstall apps). It appeared I had stutters and noise crackling when the two audio drivers were actived (sonic mother audio embedded card and the nvidia audio HDMI).
nVidia App
Parameters to change for MSFS2024 in NVIDIA App (Graphics - MSFS2024 - Driver Settings) :
- DLSS Override - Model Presets : Use same settings for all DLSS technologies : Latest
- Max Frame Rate: 60 FPS
- Power Management Mode: Prefer maximum performance
- Vertical Sync: ON

MSFS Configuration file, manual edit "UserCfg.opt"
- Frame Limiter 30 (instead of nothing/zero)
This parameter appears in SU2 Beta 1.4.13 (
source). With this "Frame Limiter 30", MSFS generates a maximum of 30 FPS (including in menu ;) ) then the nvidia driver, with the Frame Generation feature, double the FPS to display a 60 fps on screen.

- Raytraced Shadow: ON (it sharpens the projected shadows on the cockpit)
- Motion Blur: OFF (I dislike the visual effet)
- Traffic Airport Quality: OFF (all traffic are managed by FSLTL or AIG)
- Air Traffic: OFF (all traffic are managed by FSLTL or AIG)
- Road Traffic: LOW
- Sea Traffic: LOW
- Fauna: LOW
